What’s really poppin’ in yard? Mavado’s “High Unda”
Last week Queen Ifrica was ruling with “Far Away” but Mavado’s slack track on the “Good Life” riddim pushed up to the top spot.
Mavado the “Gully God” tops the chart this week, holding down #1 position with the hit single High Unda after leaving the #2 spot, the track has been on the charts for 14 weeks and this makes it the third number one for Liv Up Records’ Good Life riddium. Queen Ifrica has been dethroned from the top spot while Elephant Man’s revival hit “Hallelujah” takes the #3 position, moving up from #4 last week, and now claims the “Shot To Watch” title.
Alaine shows that she is “Never Done” as she sticks it out it in the top five after dropping to the #4 spot this week. She is still doing very well after 13 weeks on the chart.
Charley Black is wide awake with “Money Dreama” rising to the #5 spot this week. Tony Rebel is the Greatest Gainer for this week with “Alone,” jumping four places to the #16 spot.
Mr. Vegas has once again entered the charts with a blazing hit, the single “Up Deh” has been positioned at #19 to make it the chart’s only New Entry for this week. The track is self-produced on the singer’s own Clifford-Ray label.
