    Paolo Ortelli and Luke Degree, collectively known as Spankers are an Italian DJ group set to put dance music on tilt. For  their first single  Paolo and Luke grabbed Soca King Machel Montano and “The Voice Of The Clubs” Fatman Scoop for an appropriately titled “Party Time.” This tune is definitely a party starter and superbly blends the genres of Hip Hop, EDM and Soca music making sure there’s something for even the most discerning of tastes. Their single is steadily moving up the charts, its now #9 on Japan iTunes dance chart after being released a day ago.
