Despite the good news, Kartel’s legal advisers report that he is unable to act on the bail offer due to another pending case relating to the death of Clive “Lizard” Williams, who was allegedly killed at Kartel’s St. Andrew home in August of last year. Proceedings for that case begin January 21.
